Frank is a Partner and Co-Founder of 420 IT Solutions and has over 25 years of experience in providing high quality IT Advisory and Business Consulting Solutions to his clients. Frank oversees the operations of 420 IT Solutions, focusing on providing value added healthcare advisory services, banking advisory services, IT audit, IT security, risk management, financial audit assurance, and management consulting services. Frank is an effective Practice leader with a successful track of providing quality services to his clients. He is well versed in client relations and business development. Frank specializes in data privacy, IT audit, financial audits, IT security, risk assessments, regulatory compliance, utilities and healthcare consulting, corporate investigations, and forensic accounting. His knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH, SSAE16/SSAE18, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), COBIT and COSO has helped clients in many industries including banking, communications, entertainment, healthcare, laboratory, organ donor organizations and utilities.

Prior to creating 420 IT Solutions, Frank provided SSAE16 review services, IT Advisory, IT Security, and Data Privacy assessment and compliance review services to companies across various industries. He was a Manager at PWC, a Director within BDO’s IT Advisory Practice, a Director and Practice Leader of the IT Advisory and Governance Practice at Friedman LLP, and a Director/founding member of Focal Point’s (formerly Sunera) Northeast Practice. He provided forensic accounting and litigation support services in connection with the largest telecom fraud case in US history in addition to managing a team responsible for uncovering a multimillion dollar fraud case for a major communications company. Frank also developed the Data Privacy and HIPAA/HITECH risk assessment compliance program for the two most prominent hospitals in New York City.
